Karen Moncrief has over 20 years of experience as a Social Worker. She has worked within the family court system as an advocate for the safety and well being of children and families in Upstate SC. Mrs. Moncrief specializes in building rapport and developing relationships with families to achieve positive safety outcomes. Mrs. Moncrief is a graduate of Winthrop University.

Felissa Moore has over 20 years of administrative, human resources, finances, and grant management experience. She has experience managing multimillion dollar budgets including state appropriations, tuition, fees, contracts, grants, and foundation funds. Mrs. Moore is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.

John Carter has over 30 years of business management experience with the largest company in retail. His responsibilities include budget creation, long-term planning, and capital expenditure reporting. Mr. Carter is an active board member for AMI Kids of Piedmont, and is an advocate for the support, growth, and development of at-risk teens.
